Pooja Misra
Online Video Journalist
Pooja Misra is an online video journalist with Global News Toronto. She contributes to the National Online Video team, where she scripts, edits, and produces digital news content for a national audience.
She began at Global as a freelancer during the COVID-19 pandemic and has since held several roles, including robotic camera operator, technician, affiliate coordinator, and video editor. Her broad experience across technical and editorial production paved the way to her current role.
Pooja holds a diploma in Broadcasting and Film from Centennial College and a degree in Marketing and Digital Communications from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
